Could someone help me find plans for wall-mounted newspaper rack?

I am fairly new to woodworking and have been asked to build a
newspaper rack to hang on a wall. I have done some searching and all I
can come up with are the racks for the floor and the one on the DIY
page. If anyone could help it would be a great help. Thank you.
